How to create an FTP account

This guide assumes the following:

You have already created the website.

Multi server cloud web hosting requires one FTP account per website.

Inside ISPConfig web hosting control panel perform these tasks:

Go to Sites module
Click on FTP-Accounts
Click on Add new FTP-User
Choose your Website accordingly
Write an Username
Write or generate a Password
Click on Save button

You can test your login information using FTP Server Online Tester.

You will find server name and full username in the FTP-User list.
